Job description
CVS Health is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Columbia, SC area. This is a field-based role where you travel to members' homes to perform comprehensive assessments, including health history, medication review, and coordination of care. No facility-based patient care. Must have an active NP license and DEA. Mileage reimbursement provided.
