By using remoternjobs.com ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You're responsible for any activity under your account.

Job listings

We curate listings from third-party employers and provide them as informational pointers. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any employer or position. The application process is between you and the employer; we are not a party to it.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, mass-export, or republish our content without written permission. Don't post fake roles, send spam, or attempt to compromise the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts for any violation.

Employer terms (when applicable)

Employers posting jobs warrant the role is real, legal, accurately described, and that they will not discriminate against applicants in violation of applicable law. Employers grant RemoteRN a license to display posted content for the duration of the listing.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Salary ranges, role descriptions, and employer details may change without notice. Always verify directly with the employer before relying on any information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteRN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in The Brief and on this page with an updated date.

Governing law
