Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or lab orders required. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Per diem role with hourly base rate plus per-visit incentives. Malpractice insurance provided.
