Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct In-Home Health Evaluations. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered. You will use an iPad and clinical workflow, and are not required to prescribe medicine or alter treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states is required. Active unrestricted license in coverage area and board certification required. Multi-state licenses preferred.
