Supervisor, Nurse Practitioner (El Centro, CA)

Job description

Leads and supervises a team of nurse practitioners providing primary, urgent, and preventative care in non-clinical community settings including homes, nursing facilities, shelters, and pop-up clinics. Duties include overseeing patient care via in-person and telehealth visits, training and mentoring practitioners, ensuring evidence-based care, and participating in community initiatives. Requires driving up to 120 miles per day and carrying up to 50 lbs of equipment. Must have active NP license (FNP) and national certification (AANP or ANCC), BLS, valid driver's license, and 5+ years NP experience.

What you bring

  • Active FNP license in California
  • National certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • 5+ years NP experience
