Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Wyoming

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote outpatient psychiatric care. PMHNPs deliver telepsychiatry to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard sessions are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population mix. The integrated care model includes an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support: scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, with accurate EMR documentation.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Wyoming license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience in outpatient psychiatric care, and comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
