Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Washington

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower- and moderate-acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). PMHNPs work a predictable W-2 schedule with 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure, and patient panel within established clinical standards, supported by an integrated in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Compensation is $180k–$215k+ on-target earnings (base plus monthly productivity), with an incentive guarantee during onboarding ramp-up. Must be comfortable with telepsychiatry and proficient with EMR documentation.
