Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower- to moderate-acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). PMHNPs conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups with full control over schedule, session structure, and patient panel within established clinical standards. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

The practice operates an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided: scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing assistance.

Requirements include board certification (PMHNP-BC), an active unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority, and a minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP. Candidates should have outpatient psychiatric experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base salary plus monthly productivity, with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
