Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Virginia

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. You'll deliver telepsychiatry to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

Day-to-day: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. You'll work within an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, supported by full operational infrastructure (scheduling, billing, intake, licensing).

Clinicians have meaningful control over schedule, session structure, and patient population, with clinical decision-making free from volume pressure.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Virginia license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience in outpatient psychiatric care, comfort with a fully remote telepsychiatry model, and EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180K–$215K+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
