Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Vermont

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. Provide telepsychiatric services to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Practice within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, supported by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing teams.

Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Clinical decision-making is autonomous, without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted Vermont license and autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model and proficiency with EMRs.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
