Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Utah

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. You'll deliver telepsychiatry to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD), with standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

The model emphasizes clinical autonomy: you control your schedule, weekly availability, session structure, and patient mix within established clinical standards, without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Operational support includes scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing assistance. An integrated in-house referral network connects you to psychiatrists and therapists.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, all documented in the EMR.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC; active, unrestricted Utah license with autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience; outpatient psychiatry experience; comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry; EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base + monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
