Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Texas

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote, W-2 outpatient psychiatric care. Day-to-day involves 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry with lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians work within an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, with full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing. Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Texas license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience, outpatient psychiatric care experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required. Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
