Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Tennessee

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. This is a 100% remote, outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Clinical decision-making is supported without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Full operational support includes scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing assistance. Integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted Tennessee license with autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP. Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model and proficiency with EMRs.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180K–$215K+, consisting of base salary plus monthly productivity. Incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
