Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - South Carolina

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard sessions are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population balanced to preferences. The integrated care model includes an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support: scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Requires board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted South Carolina license with autonomous practice authority, and a minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP. Outpatient psychiatric experience required including comprehensive evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.

Compensation: $180K–$215K+ on-target earnings (base + monthly productivity), guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
