Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Pennsylvania

Talkiatry is a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. Day-to-day involves 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Clinical decision-making is supported without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Pennsylvania license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience, outpatient psychiatric care experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
