Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Oregon

Talkiatry is a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. Practice focuses on lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians work within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population. Clinical decisions are made without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Oregon license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience, and outpatient experience including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
