Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Oklahoma

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care. PMHNPs deliver care to lower-to-moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage required.

The practice provides an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure within established clinical standards, and patient population preferences. Clinical decision-making is supported without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Oklahoma license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience, outpatient psychiatric experience, comfort with telepsychiatry, and EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total annual on-target earnings $180K–$215K+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
