Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Ohio

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment with clinical autonomy. This role is for experienced PMHNPs delivering 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower-to-moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).

Day-to-day: - 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care - Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups - No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage - Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists - Full operational support: scheduling, billing, intake coordination, licensing

Clinical autonomy: - Control over schedule and weekly availability - Input on patient population mix - Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume

Requirements: - Board-certified PMHNP-BC - Active, unrestricted Ohio license with autonomous practice authority - Minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience - Outpatient experience: psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy - Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and EMR documentation

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base salary plus monthly productivity incentive, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
