Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - North Dakota

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry role focused on lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage is required. Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, with no pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Operational support is provided for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. The integrated care model includes an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Requirements include board certification (PMHNP-BC), an active unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority, and a minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required. Compensation is full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base salary plus monthly productivity), with guaranteed incentive during onboarding.
