Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage is required. Clinicians work within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, and receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. PMHNPs have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population balanced to preferences, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Compensation is full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
