Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population mix. Talkiatry provides full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing, plus an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, all documented in the EMR.

Requirements: board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted New York license and autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP; outpatient psychiatric experience; comfort with a fully remote telepsychiatry model; strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
