Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - New Mexico

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote, outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, and patient population within established clinical standards. Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted New Mexico license and autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and proficiency with EMRs required.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
