Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - New Hampshire

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care, treating lower-to-moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, with an integrated in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinical community includes 700+ psychiatrists and PMHNPs and 200+ therapists practicing in a collaborative, team-based care model. Compensation: full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
