Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Nevada

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs to deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care. You'll see lower to moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) using standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Practice within an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, supported by operational teams handling scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure, and patient panel within established clinical standards, with decision-making autonomy and no pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, documented in the EMR. Requirements: board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Nevada license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience in outpatient psychiatric care, comfort with telepsychiatry, and strong clinical judgment. Full-time W-2 employment with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
