Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Nebraska

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage is involved. Clinicians work within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, supported operationally by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing teams. Clinicians retain control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population preferences, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements include board certification as a PMHNP-BC, an active unrestricted Nebraska license with autonomous practice authority, and a minimum of 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience. Candidates should have outpatient psychiatry experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, along with comfort in a fully remote telepsychiatry model and EMR proficiency. Compensation: full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
