Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Talkiatry is a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice hiring board-certified PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. You'll deliver telepsychiatry to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session structure is 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage required.

The model emphasizes clinical autonomy: you control your schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient panel. An integrated care model gives you in-house referral access to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Requirements: PMHNP-BC board certification; active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience; outpatient psychiatric care experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy; comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry; EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp.
