Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Montana

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient care. You'll deliver telepsychiatry to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) using standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups). No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

The model emphasizes clinical autonomy: you control your schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient panel. An integrated care model provides in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, and full operational support handles scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, all documented in the EMR.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted Montana license and autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP; outpatient psychiatric experience; comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model; strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180K–$215K+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
