Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Mississippi

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Practice within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population preferences, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Mississippi license with autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience; experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy; comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry; EMR proficiency. Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
