Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Minnesota

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for 100% remote outpatient care. You'll see lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) using standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. The role provides clinical autonomy over schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, with no pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. An integrated care model offers in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Day-to-day work includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, all documented in the EMR. Requirements: PMHNP-BC board certification, active unrestricted Minnesota license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience, and comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model. Full-time W-2 employment with total on-target earnings of $180K–$215K+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
