Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Michigan

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote, outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity adult populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Day-to-day involves comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Integrated care model includes in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, with full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Michigan license and autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience; outpatient psychiatric care experience; comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry; EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
