Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Massachusetts

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care role serving lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage is required.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Decision-making is autonomous without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Full operational support is provided, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. An integrated care model offers an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

Requirements include board certification (PMHNP-BC), an active unrestricted Massachusetts license with autonomous practice authority, and a minimum of 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience. Candidates should be experienced in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, and comfortable practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up).
