Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Maryland

Talkiatry is a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care. Practice focuses on lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) with no inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Day-to-day involves standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups), comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population. Integrated care model includes in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Maryland license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP, outpatient psychiatric care experience, comfort with telepsychiatry, and EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
