Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Maine

Talkiatry is a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care. Treat lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Practice within an integrated care model with in-house referral access to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing. Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Compensation: full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
