Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Louisiana

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employed PMHNP roles in a fully remote outpatient model. Provide 100% remote psychiatric care to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinicians control their weekly schedule and patient mix within established clinical standards, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Louisiana license and autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience; outpatient psychiatric experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy; comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR documentation. Compensation: full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp.
