Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Kansas

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. Practice is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Integrated care model includes in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population preferences. Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements: board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Kansas license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience, comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry, and proficiency with EMRs. Compensation: full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k-$215k+ (base salary plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
