Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Indiana

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population. The integrated care model includes an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, with full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Compensation is $180k–$215k+ on-target earnings (base plus monthly productivity), with a guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp-up. Comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.
