Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Hawaii

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, with an integrated care model and in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Compensation: full-time W-2, on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, consisting of base plus monthly productivity, with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp-up. Requires PMHNP-BC certification, active unrestricted Hawaii license with autonomous practice authority, and minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. EHR proficiency and comfort practicing in a fully remote model required.
