Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Georgia

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care role serving lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session structure includes 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure, and patient population within clinical standards, without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Operational support includes scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Georgia license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience, experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry model and EMR proficiency required. Compensation: Full-time W-2, on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
