Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Florida

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice seeking experienced PMHNPs for fully remote outpatient psychiatric care. Provide 100% remote outpatient care to lower-to-moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Full-time W-2 employment with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp). Requires board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Florida license with autonomous practice authority, and minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Must be comfortable practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model and proficient with EMRs.
