Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Colorado

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage required. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population. The integrated care model includes in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, with full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing. Requires board-certified PMHNP-BC with active unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience, and experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Total on-target earnings $180k-$215k+ with base salary plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
