Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Arkansas

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care role serving lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure within established clinical standards, and patient population. Full operational support is provided including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. The integrated care model includes an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted Arkansas license with autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP. Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and proficiency with EMRs.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
