Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Arizona

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, with no pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Talkiatry provides full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing, plus an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists. Requirements: PMHNP-BC board certification, active unrestricted Arizona license with autonomous practice authority, and minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience delivering outpatient care including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required. Compensation: full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.
