Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Alaska

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote outpatient psychiatric care. This role is for experienced PMHNPs seeking W-2 stability with clinical autonomy over schedule, session structure, and patient population.

Day-to-day practice: - 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care - Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) - Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups - No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage - Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists - Full operational support: scheduling, billing, intake coordination, licensing

Clinical autonomy includes control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population balanced to preferences. No pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base salary plus monthly productivity). Incentive guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up. Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Alaska license and autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
