Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Alabama

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs in a fully remote outpatient model. Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Practice within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, supported by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing teams. Clinicians have control over their weekly schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards, and make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, all documented in the EMR. Requirements: board-certified PMHNP-BC; active, unrestricted Alabama license with autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience; outpatient telepsychiatry comfort; strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach. Compensation: full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity), with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp.
