Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Telepsychiatry

• Compensation:

Hourly rate of $62–$96/hr (determined by experience, qualifications, and place of residence).

• 100% full rate paid during initial 90-day ramp period while you build your caseload.
• Post-ramp: 80% guaranteed base rate + productivity incentive designed so full target pay is easily maintained or exceeded.

• True Work-Life Balance:

Set your own schedule 8-16 hours/week (with the potential to increase) within M-F, 8am-8pm. No late nights, no weekends, no on-call obligations.

We cover malpractice insurance, supervising psychiatrist fees, credentialing, cross-licensing expenses, and license renewal fees.

About You

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with an active DEA license in a state served by Two Chairs
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP, including remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care
• Eager to join a community of clinicians who are driven by purpose and help us build upon our psychiatry program to improve our services and systems.

About the Role

• Conduct remote 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30 minute follow-up sessions designed for combined medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably.
• Partner closely with therapists in a true integrated care model, through our shared EHR system and consultation spaces.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, sharing direct feedback that shapes how our clinical care is delivered.
• Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
