Job description
The Pediatric Nurse Case Manager I is responsible for performing telephonic case management for members with complex medical needs, focusing on pediatric populations. Duties include assessing member needs, developing care plans, coordinating services, and monitoring outcomes. This role requires an active RN license and 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics or case management. The position is remote but may require occasional travel for meetings or training. Salary range: $60,000–$80,000.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic assessments of member health status
