Remote Nursing Jobs at Cityblock Health
Cityblock Health delivers community-based care to Medicaid and dual-eligible members, and its nursing roles here are entirely RN care managers — described as "primarily remote" but anchored to a specific market like Greensboro, Baltimore, or Fayetteville. Every listing carries a posted band.
Read these as hybrid, not fully remote: you work mostly from home but within a named region, seeing members where the care model needs it. Licensure follows the market (North Carolina and Maryland show up in the current mix), and care-management experience with complex or underserved populations is the through-line.
