The Center for Healthy Living, an Axia Women's Health care center, is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner - Women's Wellness and Menopause Care.
This specialized Nurse Practitioner provides specialized, evidence-based virtual care for patients with menopause-related concerns, including sexual health, bone health, sleep, and other aspects of midlife women’s health. The role serves both self-referred patients and those referred by Axia OB/GYN providers, providing focused evaluation, treatment, education, and follow-up. This position complements care provided in Axia’s in-person practices by serving as a specialty resource for patients requiring additional expertise or focused management, while maintaining communication with the referring provider and supporting continuity of care with the patient’s established OB/GYN as the primary coordinator of their overall gynecologic and menopause care.

- Serve as a clinical resource for menopause-related conditions and symptom domains, including sexual health and wellness, osteoporosis and bone health, sleep, and other long-term consequences or sequelae of menopause.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that may include hormone therapy, non-hormonal therapies, lifestyle interventions, patient education, and appropriate referrals.
- Provide care for both self-referred patients and patients referred by Axia OB/GYN providers.

- Evaluate and manage common menopause-related concerns, including vasomotor symptoms, mood changes, weight and metabolic concerns, cognitive symptoms, and other manifestations of menopause, within the APP’s scope of practice.
- Collaborate with referring OB/GYN provider when patients present with complex symptoms or require care beyond the scope of the virtual menopause program.
- Identify and appropriately refer non-menopause-related medical concerns to patient’s OB/GYN, primary care provider, or other appropriate specialist rather than managing conditions outside the scope of the program.
- Participate in quality review of virtual care outcomes, clinical metrics, and patient experience data.

- Serve as an active member of the Menopause Clinician Workgroup, providing clinical expertise, feedback, and thought leadership.
