Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Workit Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide whole-person care to patients with substance use disorders via telehealth. Responsibilities include co-facilitating virtual shared medical appointments and individual appointments, conducting new patient evaluations, making assessments and treatment plans, prescribing and monitoring medications for opioid and alcohol use disorder, providing patient education, maintaining confidentiality, and accurate EMR documentation. Requires 1+ year experience as NP or PA, 1+ year in addiction medicine, active state license in FL, IL, MI, OH, NJ, or TX, active DEA license, BLS certification, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses. Fully remote position with 4x10 schedule (8am-6pm per timezone). Salary range $140,000-$150,000 USD.
