Job description

Boulder Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. Clinicians independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care. This is a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position. Candidates must reside in one of the listed states and have an active NP license. At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting regularly prescribing buprenorphine-based medications, including initiating care, is required. Full-time schedules are 30-40 hours per week with various shift options. Compensation: $125,000-$140,000 (up to $145,000 in select markets) for 1.0 FTE, plus pay differentials for PMHNP or CARN-AP certifications. Benefits include health coverage, 4 weeks vacation, 12 weeks paid parental leave, and covered licensure/DEA/malpractice.
